We showed you all the new adiZero IIs a couple of days ago and it’s fair to say that the response was well.. mixed. Here’s another boot that we are all absolutely loving. Presenting the adiZero II SL.
The adiZero SLs will replace the adiZero Primes currently in production. Lots has been overhauled in this new adiZero SL, including a great design.
First up is the sprint web. Although we don’t know too much about this newly redesigned aspect of the adiZero SLs. We do know it will reduce the weight of the SLs considerably in comparison to the adiZero primes. It is important to realize that this will not replace the sprint frame, but we think it will affect the thickness of the upper.
MiCoach will also be included in this boot. If our weight figures are correct, then it is astonishing how adidas have managed to make this boot so lightweight whilst also including MiCoach. We believe that the MiCoach aspect of the boot will be removable, there will be a tab at the bottom of the boot from where you will be able to take out the tracking mechanism.MiCoach is a feature that will allow you to track your speed and performance using a device like a iPhone.
The adiZero SLs are a very very good looking boot, it’s futuristic unflashy looks make us here at Soccer Reviews think that it will be a massive success on the boot market. The weight that we are hearing for these boots is absolutely astonishing at 120 grams lighter than any boot on the market by a long way.
